Performances by 4 distinct artists—Steve Gunn, anaiis, Loula Yorke and Ghuraba—will interweave with short guided meditations led by Zoe Shobrook-Fisher of The Mindfulness Project, creating space for reflection, presence and connection.
Rather than treating meditation and music as separate activities, Hush explores the idea that attentive listening can itself become a form of meditation. Moments of stillness sit alongside moments of musical intensity, allowing audiences to fully immerse themselves in the sound, the atmosphere and the shared experience of the room.
